A Bone-allograft is inserted to the lower portion of the femur using screws and cables. The screws are drilled through a metal bar into the paitent’s lower femur, then cables are attached to the Bone-allograft because the donor bone is dead and too hard to drill through.  via yes, thats a leg.  a leg turning into a robot.  hooray for orthopedic surgery!  man i couldn’t stop looking at this! so amazing!
